Position Summary: As an Associate Wedding Sales Manager at Roots Catering, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and coordination of wedding events. Working closely with the Senior Wedding Sales Manager and the broader operations team, you’ll help guide clients through the planning process, ensure seamless communication, and contribute to the exceptional service that defines our brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Support
- Assist in initial client consultations, capturing event details and preferences.
- Maintain ongoing communication with couples, providing timely updates and thoughtful guidance.
- Support the creation of customized proposals and menu selections aligned with client vision.
Sales & Coordination
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and event timelines under the direction of the Senior Manager.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and bookings using CRM tools and internal systems.
- Attend site visits and tastings, ensuring a polished and professional experience.
Team Collaboration
- Liaise with culinary and operations teams to communicate client needs and event specifics.
- Participate in internal planning meetings and contribute ideas for improving client experience.
- Assist with day-of coordination and on-site execution when needed.
Administrative Excellence
- Maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, and event details.
- Help manage calendars, appointment scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
