Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative functions
- Support project managers, estimators, accounting, and field staff
- Manage schedules, meetings, and office communications
- Assist with payroll, invoices, job paperwork, and subcontractor documentation
- Maintain organized records and filing systems
- Help ensure deadlines, reports, and project documentation stay on track
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees
