    The Human Resources Department is seeking a Receptionist / Mail Distribution Technician to join their team for the 2026-2027 school year! Please note: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required and is a minimum qualification for this position.

    SUMMARY: The Receptionist/Mail Distribution Technician is a member of the human resources team, providing front-end assistance to staff and community members in the district central administration building. They are a key source of information, directing referrals to appropriate teams, operating a multi-line telephone system, directing calls and posted mail. This position serves as the first point of contact for district guests ensuring high quality customer service and adherence to security protocols. This position contributes to the district's culture of belonging through accurate, supportive and safe referrals to appropriate teams, spaces and staff contacts.
