Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Forklift Operator, who will be responsible for the transport of materials within our facilities. The Forklift Operator will be operating the forklift and other material handling equipment with utmost care to ensure safety and efficiency in our storage facilities and warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for loading and unloading goods from the trailers using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Locate and move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the warehouse facility.
• Verify and update records of inventory shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Check the loads are secured and safely stack empty pallets.
• Perform daily inspection of equipment and machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards and adhering to safety management standards.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as requested by the management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year forklift operating experience
• Valid Forklift Operator Certificate (Raymond Reach)
• Average computer skills (MS Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good physical condition and able to repeatedly lift over 50 lbs.
• Possess a high level of attention to details.
• High school Diploma or equivalent education
• Working Hours 2pm-12am M-F. Extended hours of work required occasionally including weekends.
