Duties
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software to meet delivery deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and support trade compliance standards.
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipping.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain precise records of inventory movements.
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes.
