Key Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh, package, and label products according to company specifications and quality standards

- Meet or exceed daily production and efficiency targets

- Assist with inventory counts, product tracking, and basic entry as needed
- Identify and report product, material, or equipment issues to the Lead or Supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse, packaging, or production environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, repetitive setting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must meet all applicable employment eligibility and background requirements
Work Environment
