What You'll Do
- Lead public relations efforts, including press releases and internal communications.
- Manage marketing materials - brochures, branded apparel, giveaways, and more.
- Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, case studies, and project spotlights.
- Maintain and update website content and support digital marketing initiatives.
- Drive engagement on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Keep our CRM system accurate and up-to-date.
- Organize client appreciation events and engagement activities.
- Represent Highland Roofing at industry events (BOMA, IFMA, trade shows).
- Coordinate community involvement and sponsorships.
- Some travel between our locations is required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable networking and representing the company professionally.
- Experience in B2B marketing or construction/commercial roofing is a plus.
