You'll manage new construction, re-roofs, and restoration/coating projects - and play a big part in making sure everything gets done on time, on budget, and up to Highland standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage projects from start to finish - creating job packets, buying out materials, scheduling labor, and keeping everything on track
- Work closely with our construction managers and field crews
- Coordinate deliveries with suppliers so the team always has what they need
- Prepare change orders and manage any warranty callbacks
- Track job costs and performance to help us keep getting better
- Jump in with leadership to improve processes and make things run smoother
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of project management experience in commercial roofing
- Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction workflows
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently and making smart decisions on the fly
- Strong communicator (written and verbal) who keeps everyone in the loop
