JOB SUMMARY: The Highland Behavioral Rivers Health Developmental Disabilities program provides activities, services, learning opportunities and supports to help individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities live independently in their communities. The program provides year-round, quality-driven social, recreational, vocational, and educational programs for individuals, and provides support to their families.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check in Meds monthly from pharmacy for accuracy
- Update HRST’s for individuals in the home
- Assist staff with doctor’s appointments if more than one person has an appointment.
- Create monthly menu (other staff members will shop)
- Create monthly outing schedule
- Maintain books in the home to assure they are up to date and accurate
- Assure H&S drills are completed
- Monitor staff to make sure they are completing HRST tracking, bowel tracking, and other tracking required
- Monitor daily CRA notes to assure staff complete documentation at end of shift.
- Assure CSW’s are checking spending money at shift change.
- Assure CSW’s are checking controlled meds at shift change
- Supervise client support workers
- On-call rotation with DDP’s
