Fulfillment Associate

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing fulfillment team. This position will be responsible for fulfilling orders, Inventory management and processing returns for customers. The Order Fulfillment Associate will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders timely and without any damages, flaws, or irregularities

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and packing and shipping using a warehouse management system
• Load and unload shipments in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts
• Collaborate with supervisor to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse management or fulfillment operations preferred
• Proficient in operating pallet jacks and other warehouse material handling equipment - forklift experience preferred by not required
• Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods of time

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Education/GED
• 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment or related field preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
