Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Events Coordinator for our Live Event Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth pre and post-event process, product preparation, and the cleanliness of both studio and sales areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a organized and efficient work environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic, media-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

During Live Event Duties:

• Be ready to hold and display lots during the live-event
• Be prepared to be on camera and Assist the Event Host during events

Pre and Post-Live event Duties:

• Clean and organize all equipment used during live events
• Clean and organize studio areas
• Return and reorganize unsold items back into inventory
• Prep all relevant material and machines for events
• Maintain all filming equipment to ensure smooth operations at the time of event

Inventory & Preparation:

• Assemble lots for offer on live events
• Maintain stocked shelves with required inventory
• Clean crystals and gemstones to ensure they are camera-ready

Studio & Area Maintenance:

• Fill and refill water sprayers for use during live events
• Vacuum, mop, and dust the Live Events Studio and Podcast rooms regularly
• Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of all working and filming spaces

Media Support:

• Take high-quality product photos and videos of equipment and materials
• Send media assets to the Marketing team promptly following production

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
• Comfortable handling rocks and basic cleaning materials
• Basic photography skills (experience with video cameras, smartphones or DSLR cameras a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience in studio or production settings is a plus, but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
