What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist clients, designers, and vendors professionally and warmly
- Answer calls, schedule showroom appointments, and manage calendars
- Keep the front desk and showroom organized and visually appealing
- Help clients with initial questions about cabinetry, finishes, and products
- Support internal teams with admin tasks, documents, and sample coordination
- Maintain showroom displays, marketing materials, and product samples
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience (showroom or design experience a plus)
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Microsoft Office savvy; CRM experience a bonus
