Position Summary
The Euro Warehouse Worker supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, picking, and staging European-style cabinetry. This role plays a direct part in keeping deliveries accurate, on time, and clean for both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming Euro cabinet shipments and verify quantities, SKUs, and condition
- Organize product in designated bin and rack locations to maintain flow and accessibility
- Pick and stage orders for delivery routes and customer pickups with a high level of accuracy
- Prep orders so drivers can load quickly and leave on time each morning
- Load and unload trucks safely while protecting product from damage
- Identify and flag missing, damaged, or incorrect items before they leave the warehouse
- Support cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Keep aisles, staging areas, and workspaces clean and organized throughout the day
- Work closely with delivery drivers, sales team, and operations to resolve order issues fast
What Success Looks Like
- Orders go out accurate and complete with minimal callbacks or corrections
- Drivers leave on time and aren’t delayed due to staging issues
- Warehouse stays clean, organized, and easy to navigate
- Inventory discrepancies are caught early, not after delivery
Qualifications
- 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy over speed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
- Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of their work
