Human Resources Director in Livingston, NJ
Role Description The Human Resources Director will oversee all HR functions at an Insurance Company, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with applicable regulations. This full-time, on-site role in Livingston, NJ includes developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures, as well as leading performance management processes and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing employee relations, guiding supervisors on HR best practices, handling sensitive workplace matters, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership. The Human Resources Director will also ensure adherence to labor and employment law, oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, support training and development, and contribute to building an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, including managing HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support organizational objectives and compliance.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.
