Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Higher Call Nursing Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. This is a full-time position, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital sign monitoring
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and vital signs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience
Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion among residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Oklahoma
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
