Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and goals
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Monitor and report on patient's condition, progress, and medications
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and needs
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or associate's degree in nursing preferred
Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment up to 50 pounds
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
