Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, including maintaining a clean and organized living space
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
Current CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment, as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
