About this role
The Growth Marketing Lead is analytical and driven. As the first Growth hire, you will be building and scaling a growth engine that supports the entire buyer journey.
This role will be in-person in New York or Toronto.
What you'll do
- Own strategy, execution and the results of multi-channel campaigns to build pipeline and brand visibility
- This can be done through paid media strategy (i.e Google LI Ads), SEO, content marketing, digital campaigns, events, ambassadors
- Partner closely with sales and marketing to build customized marketing plans and objectives for targeted accounts. Strong hands-on leadership is expected.
- Test, learn and prioritize new growth channels with the goal of driving pipeline.
- Define measurement and KPIs for leads generated, pipeline contribution, program performance metrics and revenue influenced.
Skills & qualities
- 8 years in B2B marketing and Account-Based Marketing at high-growth start-ups
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and prioritize the right channels using data-driven insights and market research
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Understanding of tools like Hubspot, Hightouch, Apollo, Mailchimp and Clay
