Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch meals according to established recipes and menu specifications

- Assist in menu planning to offer balanced, appealing meal options that meet dietary needs
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Support catering events or special meal services as needed with timely and professional food presentation
- Follow all food safety regulations and proper storage procedures to prevent contamination or spoilage
Requirements
- Previous experience is a plus
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Skilled in meal preparation with excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving diverse dietary needs preferred
