High Rollers Dispensary is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtenders to join our team. As the face of our brand, Budtenders play a vital role in shaping each guest’s experience: offering personalized recommendations, sharing cannabis knowledge, and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and informed.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the evolving cannabis industry, well-versed in product types and effects, and skilled in delivering exceptional service. Comfort with POS systems, cash handling, and teamwork is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active engagement and tailored product recommendations
• Converse with consumers in a warm, conversational manner, providing education on product options and safe consumption methods
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of cannabis: strains, product forms, effects, and consumption techniques and clearly communicate this to customers
• Stay informed through ongoing training related to cannabis education, compliance, and customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, product launches, and promotions
• Accurately operate the POS system, ensuring precise payment collection and compliant dispensing
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and website with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Address customer concerns with empathy, patience, and problem-solving
• Participate in opening, closing, and cash reconciliation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house environment
• Assist in store cleaning and upkeep to ensure a polished and welcoming space
• Keep displays stocked, visually engaging, and aligned with inventory levels
• Verify customer identification and ensure all purchases meet state regulatory requirements
• Uphold a compliant, customer-focused, and team-oriented workplace culture
• Be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Cannabis industry experience or strong cannabis knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling processes
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer-service abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
• Must be at least 21 years old

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• Previous retail or hospitality experience is preferred
• At least one year of professional Cannabis experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend or kneel repeatedly as needed
