Budtender / Future Manager — Atlantic City, NJ
We're an independently owned dispensary near the Boardwalk, and we're growing. We're looking for someone who wants more than a shift job. This role starts on the floor, but there's a real path forward — as you learn the business, you'll take on more responsibility, and the right person can grow into a management role. How far you take it is up to you.
What you'll do (to start):
- Greet and guide customers through our product selection with genuine, no-pressure product knowledge
- Operate the POS system, handle transactions and cash accurately
- Maintain compliance with state and local cannabis regulations at every step
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Build the kind of customer relationships that keep people coming back
As you grow into more:
- Support scheduling and day-to-day floor operations
- Train and mentor new team members
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Take on manager-level responsibilities — compliance oversight, opening/closing, staff supervision — as you're ready for them
What we're looking for:
- Must be 21
- Previous retail, customer service, or cannabis industry experience is a plus — not required
- Reliable, honest, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in learning the cannabis business, not just clocking in
- Someone who wants to grow with us, not just fill a shift
