High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Lead the launch of something new

Recovery Specialist Duties & Responsibilities
- Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries
- Facilitate & document groups discussions
- Complete client admission documentation
- Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit
- Observation & accounting of patients at all times insuring safety (hourly checks w/ documentation)
- Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks
- Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings
Recovery Specialist Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED

Additional Compensation Information
Pay range: $20 - $24 per hour with differentials depending on shifts
Any compensation range provided is an estimate based on current market data. The actual offer may fall above or below this range depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and geographic location.
