You’ll work directly with buyers and sellers, guiding them through every stage of the real estate process while we provide you with industry-leading tools, training, and systems designed to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to leads
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM
- Guide buyers & sellers through the full transaction
- Present and negotiate offers
- Partner with Showing Specialists & Inside Sales
What You Bring
- Active NC and/or SC Real Estate License
- 1 year of real estate experience
- Strong sales, communication & negotiation skills
- Highly organized and motivated
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
