Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian located in Victorville, CA. The Dietary Manager, Registered Dietitian will be responsible for planning and managing dietary services, creating nutrition plans, overseeing food preparation and food service, and ensuring compliance with food and nutrition standards. The role involves working closely with other healthcare providers to evaluate and meet the dietary needs of the elderly participants.
Qualifications
- Skills in Dietetics and Nutrition
- Experience in Food Preparation and Food Service management
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage standards and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Registered Dietitian credential is required
- Experience working with elderly populations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
