The Role:
This position supports an existing portfolio while driving aggressive new acquisitions. You will work directly with leadership to execute complex business plans and long-term wealth creation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep-dive due diligence and underwriting for prospective multifamily investments.
- Prepare financial modeling to support and guide both Acquisition and Asset Management decisions.
- Provide comprehensive support for the acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition processes.
- Analyze and monitor the financial performance of properties, including benchmarking to budget and collaborating with management in executing business plans.
- Conduct property, market, and industry analysis to identify inefficiencies in target geographies.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials (both for internal and external uses) for Investment Offerings and Investor Reporting.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in a finance, analytical, or investment capacity specifically within multifamily real estate.
- Modeling Skills: proficiency in Excel (including DCF analysis) and real estate modeling.
- Travel: Ability to travel (less than 25% of the time) to visit properties.
