Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties that align with our investment strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced real estate environment, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with property owners and stakeholders. A background in real estate law, property management, and administrative experience will be highly valued. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse clients and expand market reach.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Prospect and identify potential property acquisition opportunities through various channels including marketing campaigns and networking.
  • Conduct property evaluations, including market analysis and due diligence, to determine value and investment potential.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with real estate law and proper documentation of transactions.
  • Manage relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to property acquisitions, including preparing contracts, maintaining records, and scheduling inspections.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, zoning laws, and regulatory changes affecting property acquisitions.


Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent marketing abilities to promote properties and attract potential sellers or investors.
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate with diverse clients and expand outreach efforts.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proven sales experience within real estate or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all dealings.
  • Effective communication skills for negotiations, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Familiarity with property management principles and real estate administrative processes.
  • Understanding of real estate law relevant to property transactions.


Salary

$35,000-$180,000 per year
