Our client is a well-established and quickly growing multi-billion dollar investment management firm based in Denver, and is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional who enjoys working at the intersection of investor relations, operations, data management, and client service.
This individual will play a key role in supporting fundraising initiatives, investor reporting, CRM management, and fund operations while partnering closely with senior leadership and third-party service providers. The position offers significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to help build scalable processes within a fast-growing organization.
Investor Relations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for routine investor inquiries.
- Support investor onboarding, subscription documentation, AML/KYC processes, and ongoing account maintenance.
- Assist with investor communications, fundraising materials, targeted email campaigns, and presentation development.
- Help produce investor marketing materials using research, financial data, and compelling visualizations.
Investor Data & CRM
- Own and maintain investor records across CRM and fund administration systems.
- Manage investor portal content, ensuring statements, tax documents, and account information remain accurate and current.
- Generate reports and analytics for leadership, finance, and investor relations initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, and operational processes.
Investor Reporting & Fund Operations
- Coordinate recurring investor reporting, including capital statements, transaction confirmations, capital calls, and distributions.
- Work alongside external fund administrators to ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain reporting calendars, templates, and internal controls.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, fund administration, financial operations, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, investment banking, or a related financial services environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive financial information.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with CRM or investor reporting platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamo, Juniper Square, Wealthblock, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.
- A process-oriented mindset with a desire to improve systems and create operational efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
