Our client is a healthcare services investment platform seeking a Corporate Development / M&A Manager to support its strategic growth initiative of acquiring operating businesses. The ~50 employee firm is headquartered in Denver, CO.
This role will work closely with senior leadership on sourcing, underwriting, diligence, and partnership across a multi-site healthcare platform.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models and valuation analyses for business development opportunities
- Analyze company financials, KPIs, and operational performance
- Support due diligence processes across financial, legal, and operational workstreams
- Prepare investment committee and transaction materials
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Assist with outbound sourcing and pipeline management
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Interest in healthcare services and M&A
- Ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
Salary : $135,000 - $170,000
