Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with questions regarding services, pricing, and availability
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Promote and sell company memberships and additional services
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records in the scheduling system
- Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Meet individual and team performance goals, including membership sales and booking metrics
- Previous customer service, call center, or scheduling experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable discussing and selling memberships and services
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus
