Customer Service Representative
Looking for a flexible opportunity where you can build relationships, help people, and grow your income? The Ricia Rosendahl Agency with American Family Insurance is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our Highlands Ranch team — with full-time or part-time schedules available.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
What You’ll Do
- Provide caring, professional service to existing and prospective clients
- Answer questions about insurance policies and coverage options
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products that fit customer needs
- Support the agency with daily administrative and customer service tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office within a team and independently
- Detail-oriented, organized and attention to accuracy
- Insurance license preferred, but not required
Not licensed yet? No problem.
If hired without a license, you’ll be required to obtain your insurance license within 60 days — we’ll guide you through the process.
