What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at HiEmployment Staffing Services?
Assist with the following:
• Greet people as they come into office
• Process rental applications and prepare leases
• Collect rent
• Data entry
• Answer phones, emails and maintain office
• File documents and maintain filing system
• Prepare and process leases, security deposit agreements, inspections and other incoming resident forms
• Respond to emergencies
• Maintain confidentiality of residents, applicants and employee information
Qualifications:
• 1 year of related apartment office experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Tax Credit/Affordable Housing knowledge
Starting Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Starting ASAP for 2 - 3 months (Monday - Friday)
Job Location: Hilo

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **
** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS pay **
