Starting Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Job Location: Kalaheo
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Job Description:
- Coordinate the hiring process
- Manage and oversee employee onboarding
- Assist with administration of employee benefit programs
- Maintain employee handbook and personnel files
- Develop applicable HR policies and oversee implementation
- Provide required regulatory notices and filings
- Manage employee relations
- Provide management team with direction and guidance in applying HR policies
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee off-boarding process
- Manage workers comp, TDI claims and FMLA policy paperwork
- Conduct periodic compensation studies
Required Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR or related field
- 10 years of progressive HR experience (preferably non-profit)
- Highly professional and ethical
- Strong planning, organization and decision-making
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Ability and confidence to coach, counsel, mentor and influence staff
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
