In this role, the engineer designs, implements, and optimizes signal processing algorithms for applications such as radar and advanced sensing systems. Daily responsibilities include analyzing complex data sets, developing and validating digital signal processing pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in electrical engineering, software, and systems design. The engineer documents designs, performs simulations and performance testing, and supports integration and troubleshooting of signal processing solutions in both laboratory and field environments. The role also involves staying current with industry best practices and contributing to continuous improvement of tools, methodologies, and system architectures.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Signal Processing and Digital Signal Processing, with experience applying these methods to real-world systems.
- Proficiency in Algorithm Development, including designing, modeling, and optimizing algorithms for performance and robustness.
- Knowledge of Radar systems and related sensing technologies, including signal modeling, detection, and tracking concepts.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with understanding of circuits, systems, and hardware–software integration.
- Experience with tools such as MATLAB, Python, C/C , or similar languages for simulation and implementation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in multidisciplinary teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document work thoroughly.
- Background in embedded systems, real-time processing, or RF systems is beneficial.
