Elm is hiring an experienced Comfort Advisor to run qualified, pre-set in-home appointments with Long Island homeowners — heat pumps, high-efficiency systems, and geothermal. No cold calling, no buying your own leads.
This role is for you if:
- You have 2 years closing residential HVAC or home-improvement sales in the home (comfort advisor, in-home consultant, or similar)
- You can walk a homeowner through options, financing, and rebates — and still ask for the sale
- You run your own pipeline in a CRM (ServiceTitan, Pipedrive, or similar)
- You’re looking for a long-term home, not a 90-day stop
What you’ll do:
- Run 3–5 pre-set appointments per day across Nassau and Suffolk [confirm with Jackie]
- Diagnose the real comfort problem and design the right system for the home and budget
- Present proposals, financing, and PSEG rebates; close and follow up
- Partner with Elm’s install and service teams so what you sell is what gets installed
Compensation:
- Guaranteed Base Unlimited Commission: Start strong with a $100K salary for the first three months. After that, earn $100K–$250K based on your results — no caps on earning potential.
