Antitrust Litigation Associate
Washington, D.C. | 2nd–6th Year Associate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Antitrust Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded antitrust practice in Washington, D.C.
This is an opportunity to work alongside market-leading partners on some of the most significant antitrust investigations and litigation matters in the US, advising major corporations across a broad range of industries.
The Role
You will advise clients on a wide variety of contentious antitrust matters, including:
- FTC and DOJ investigations
- Second Requests and Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs)
- Merger investigations and HSR-related matters
- Private antitrust litigation and class actions
- Civil litigation involving complex competition issues
- Strategic antitrust counselling in connection with investigations and disputes
You will work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated, high-profile matters, with early responsibility and direct client exposure.
Candidate Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the District of Columbia Bar.
- 2nd–6th year associate with experience in antitrust litigation.
- Experience advising on FTC and DOJ investigations, Second Requests, CIDs and/or private antitrust litigation.
- Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
