Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 Commission
Earning Potential
Most of the sales team earns between $120,000 – $250,000 annually

What You’ll Do
• Manage and convert an existing pipeline while building new business
• Develop and maintain relationships with:
- Property managers
- HOA boards
- Apartment and commercial associations
• Attend networking and marketing events to generate leads
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals
• Communicate effectively and tailor messaging to different audiences
