Commercial Roofing / Sheet Metal Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Waterproofing Estimator to join our team in Little Rock, AR. This role is ideal for an experienced estimator with a strong background in both new construction and remedial waterproofing. The right individual will bring deep technical knowledge, the ability to manage multiple bids, and a strong understanding of specifications and blueprint interpretation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for a wide range of commercial waterproofing projects
• Estimate both new construction and remedial waterproofing scopes
• Perform complete takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Analyze project requirements to develop competitive and profitable bids
• Manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with General Contractors, architects, and internal teams to clarify scope and pricing
• Maintain accurate costing for labor, materials, and subcontracted work
• Assist in budget development and preconstruction planning

Qualifications

• 5 years of waterproofing estimating experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of all waterproofing systems and applications
• Experience with both new construction and remedial projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
