We are a growing event marketing and brand promotion firm seeking an outgoing, motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team. No extensive experience is required — we provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, and individuals with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, communications, or marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients and customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Support event marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Assist with event setup, coordination, promotional materials, and day-of activities.
- Help maintain client accounts, schedules, and project details.
- Support marketing presentations, reports, and campaign updates.
- Work with team members to deliver excellent client and customer experiences.
- Learn proven strategies in marketing, communications, client relations, and business development.
