Position Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. No previous event experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and the support you need to succeed.
The Event Assistant will help with event preparation, guest engagement, promotional activities, and day-of-event coordination. You’ll work alongside an experienced team while developing valuable skills in events, marketing, communications, customer service, and leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning, preparing, and executing events and promotional activities
- Help with event setup and breakdown
- Welcome and engage with attendees in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide information and answer questions from guests
- Represent our organization and brand partners at events
- Support promotional campaigns and community outreach activities
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event displays
- Help create a positive and memorable experience for attendees
- Work closely with team members to ensure events run smoothly
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development activities
