Location: Ottumwa Regional Health Center Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 17.00 USD Hourly Work Shift: Job Description Responsibilities Culinary Supervisor Wage: $17/hour Full-time positions available Morning/Day/Evening shifts available Background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required Location: Ottumwa Regional Health Center Responsibilities Supervisor team members to ensure smooth operations of the criteria, doctor’s dining, catering, and/or patient meals Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Preferred: 6 months of supervisor experience (cook, line cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, culinary operations, restaurants, supervisor, dietary department, foodservice, hourly manager, healthcare) Physical Requirements Prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, and bending and lifting up to 50 pounds Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job Benefits We offer flexible schedules, excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.
