⏰ SCHEDULE
1st Shift:
Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: BASED OFF PRODUCTION NEEDS
🛠 WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Run sawmill equipment (Stacker, Head Saw, Resaw, Trim/Grading)
- Inspect and grade lumber for quality
- Keep production moving efficiently
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Work as part of a fast-paced, safety-first team
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Manufacturing or sawmill experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
- Mechanical ability is a plus
- Team player with a focus on safety
💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stay active (standing, walking, bending)
- Pass pre-employment screening
