This role will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor accounts, reconciling statements, and supporting daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing tasks and AP accruals
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment issues
- Support expense tracking and reporting
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in an automotive dealership
- Knowledge of dealership accounting processes
- Experience with dealership software such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or DealerTrack preferred
- Strong data entry and reconciliation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Salary : $20
