Job Description
- Manage and monitor I-9 compliance, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with leaders
- Track and resolve SSN discrepancies in coordination with employees and leadership
- Oversee new hire onboarding compliance, ensuring all documentation and policies are completed
- Support HR and Operations with compliance reporting and employee file requests
- Maintain data integrity within the HRIS system throughout the employee lifecycle
- Generate reports, identify errors, and perform data audits and corrections
- Assist with HRIS support tickets, audits, and system-related tasks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency
- Stay current on employment laws and compliance requirements
- Participate in special projects and additional HRIS initiatives as needed
- Working knowledge of HR compliance, regulations, and HR systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with data management, reporting, and auditing
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms and system workflows
