Position: Maintenance Tech

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay: $22/hour to $23/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 1 year of maintenance or related experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Description

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clean and maintain communal areas.
• Perform ad hoc painting, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Address and resolve tenants’ maintenance-related questions and complaints as they arise.
• Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards.
• Repair aesthetic damage following tenant move-outs.
• Maintain and track maintenance inventory.
• Schedule and oversee necessary repairs.
  
  

Position Requirements

• 1 year of maintenance or related experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation.
