- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategy.
- Oversee performance management, promotion processes, and career progression frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Optimize HR systems, workflows, automation, and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee outsourced and offshore HR operations, ensuring quality and accountability.
- Manage relationships with HR vendors, consultants, and third-party partners.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.
- Advanced prioritization and resource-allocation skills.
- Sound judgment with a bias toward action and risk management.
- Growth mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
