Job Description
- Assist with daily property operations, leasing activities, and resident relations.
- Support rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and processing of payments.
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
- Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and resident file management.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and property procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and unit readiness.
- Prepare reports, notices, and other administrative documentation as needed.
- Assist with marketing efforts, resident retention initiatives, and community events.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and leasing practices preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
