Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
- Lead and support onsite staff, including leasing and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain positive resident relationships and promptly address resident concerns.
- Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, and resident retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and community procedures.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and follow up on service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Assist with budget management, rent collections, reporting, and expense control.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure community appearance standards are maintained.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate resident and property records.
- Partner with regional leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Strong multitasking and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Potential oversight of an additional property, so comfort managing multiple sites is important.
- Comfortable managing multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of property management operations and resident relations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance is a plus.
