Position: Director of HR

Location: Fulton, MD

Pay: $160,000/year

Experience: 6 to 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership at the Manager or Director level. Proven experience leading and scaling HR functions in a growing organization. Experience working with global, offshore, or outsourced teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

HH Staffing is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and elevate HR operations for a fast-growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who can drive strategy, improve processes, and build strong people-focused initiatives.

Job Description

• Lead and scale the HR function to support company growth and business goals
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategy
• Oversee performance management, promotions, and career development programs
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions
• Improve HR systems, workflows, automation, and operational efficiency
• Oversee outsourced and offshore HR teams, ensuring accountability and results
• Manage relationships with HR vendors, consultants, and external partners
  
  

Position Requirements

• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively
• Excellent prioritization and resource management skills
• Sound judgment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management
