Job Description
- Lead and scale the HR function to support company growth and business goals
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategy
- Oversee performance management, promotions, and career development programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions
- Improve HR systems, workflows, automation, and operational efficiency
- Oversee outsourced and offshore HR teams, ensuring accountability and results
- Manage relationships with HR vendors, consultants, and external partners
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively
- Excellent prioritization and resource management skills
- Sound judgment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management
- Adaptable, growth-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
