Job Description:
- Manage property financials, including budgets, rent collection, and expense control.
- Oversee leasing, renewals, and occupancy strategies to maximize retention.
- Maintain strong resident relations by addressing concerns and enforcing community policies.
- Supervise property maintenance and coordinate vendor services.
- Lead and train onsite staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Fair Housing requirements.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, ResMan, or Entrata).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
