Position: Community Manager

Location: Longboat Key, FL

Pay: $35/hour

Type: Temporary; Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities Available

HH Staffing is seeking a Community Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium communities
• Conduct regular property walks and inspections
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and board members
• Draft and manage professional written communication (emails, notices, updates)
• Review financials and support budget oversight
• Obtain bids and manage RFPs for vendors and contractor work
• Coordinate maintenance projects and ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LCAM license (required)
• Prior HOA/condominium management experience
• Hurricane preparedness experience is a plus
• Experience with luxury or high-end communities preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to read and understand financial reports
• Reliable transportation required
